We've been very pleased with Kryptane rollers over the 12 years we've had them in our product line. Specifically, Kryptane Systems makes a urethane nose roller that is a better choice than steel. The urethane nose roller wears less on the primary rod versus using a steel roller. This is important because it helps prolong the life of the primary chain. Our customers understand and appreciate this difference.

Also, we prefer the Kryptane RC rollers. The seal repair kit for RC roller costs about 1/3 less than the competiton. The repair kit makes it simple and easy to rebuild these rollers and it saves our customers money. All in all we find Kryptane Rollers to be superior to the competition.

Our customers use Kryptane rollers on potato, onion and carrot harvesters. Kryptane builds and delivers the best sealing mechanism for operating in this very harsh harvesting environment. The Kryptane rollers effectively seal out dirt and contaminants. Because of their high quality, Kryptane rollers simply don’t give customers problems.

Also, when it comes to new ideas or tough problems in urethane, the Kryptane team is excellent to work with. They are diligent in their investigation and prototyping. They do their homework and collaborate with us on solutions. We’ve always had a good experience.

We’ve been using Kryptane rollers for over 10 years. They’ve all performed well. In particular, we’ve had the Kryptane rubber finger rollers on our potato diggers and have only had to change them once in 10 years. They’ve lasted a very long time and we harvest over 5000 acres. We’re also using the steel nose cone roller. Before we switched to Kryptane for the nose cone roller we would have to change these rollers mid-season. The Kryptane nose cone rollers last through the season and into the next. Recently we requested some modifications to this roller to fit our specific equipment needs, Kryptane Systems was extremely cooperative. Overall, we’ve been quite happy with Kryptane rollers.

We use a few different sizes of the Kryptane urethane plain and flanged rollers on our potato diggers. We switched from a rubber tired roller. The rubber rollers just got beat up and showed inconsistent wear in our dirty environment. The Kryptane rollers have proven superior wear and quality for two seasons now. We don’t see problems with urethane. The flanged rollers wear significantly better. We like the fact that we can use the Kryptane repair kit for these rollers should we need to replace the bearings. Kryptane rollers have proven themselves superior to rubber. We’re very happy with the performance and the service we receive from our distributor.

The Kryptane flanged rollers have performed well on our bulb diggers and bulb washers. I am very impressed with the seal on these rollers especially considering the dirt and underwater environment. The Kryptane roller does a great job of keeping all the dirt and debris out. We’ve tried other brands of rollers in the past and we think the Kryptane rollers provide the best seal.
