Measuring Capabilities
– Optical Comparator: A noncontact measurement tool. Used in measuring the various dimensions of our urethane parts. It is linked in with statistical process control software (SPC) and has a resolution of .0001".
– Air Gauge: Digital and analog display. Fixed resolution and balanced air system provides a stable and reliable system for measurement in a manufacturing environment. Used in the measurements of outside diameter (OD), inside diameter (ID) and total indicated runout (TIR), it has a digital resolution of .00005".

Precision calibrations ensure our urethane processing is holding to a tightly controlled stoichiometry, which translates into a more consistent product.
CNC Grinding– Used in the finish machining of precision rollers. These machines can grind parts with a repeatability of +/-.002" on compliant urethane rollers.
CNC Lathes– Used to machine various metals and urethanes. Capable of producing machined parts with tolerances of +/-.0005 inches, used in secondary operations of our urethane products.
