Our agriculture rollers and wheels are designed specifically to offer unmatched abrasion resistance.

Our idler rollers come in 1", 1.5" and 2.5" widths, with diameters from 2-3/8" up to 7".

Available in formulations specifically tailored for light-, medium- and heavy-duty applications, we have a roller to meet your needs. Idler rollers are available in Kryptane® polyurethane, which has superior abraision resistance and mud-shedding qualities, or rubber.

Our flanged rollers are available with either solid urethane with urethane flanges, or rubber vulcanized on a steel bearing housing with steel flanges.

Our light- and medium-duty flanged rollers offer excellent mud shedding, while our heavy duty flanged rollers have a slightly tapered face to reduce mud build up and are the perfect choice for your most abrasive and demanding areas on your equipment.

Our nose rollers are the best-performing, longest-lasting nose rollers available. All rollers are tapered, preventing rocks and other debris from getting trapped under the belt. The taper also helps prevent mud from building up on the roller.

All nose rollers are supplied with our patented bearing protection system, a unique double seal and a watertight plug that offers maximum protection in the harsh operating environment. Our exclusive polyurethane nose roller promotes longer life and extended rod wear. The pull-out standoff allows for bolts up to ¾” plus a variety of overall roller lengths.

Kryptane Systems offers our high quality rubber acorn rollers in both a square and round bore. In addition, Kryptane offers our mud shedding urethane acorn in a square bore. With either rubber or urethane, you can count on Kryptane Systems acorns for outstanding performance in both your dirt elimination and sizing applications.

Kryptane brand shaker rollers have been formulated to provide a highly resilient urethane which increases the amplitude of the shaking action. This should provide maximum shaking with minimum power input. Kryptane shakers are provided in three point, four point and ten point designs.

Due to out-of-flat tables and uneven loads, a single shuttle roller can be expected to carry enormous loads. We have engineered our rollers to accept the high loads while also being compliant enough to "load share" with surrounding rollers. We produce both a medium duty and heavy duty chiller roller. The medium duty roller is a solid polyurethane roller containing two sealed Kryptane Systems agricultural bearings. The heavy duty is made with the same high quality Kryptane urethane bonded over a machined steel or stainless steel housing. Our patented sealing system keeps contamination out and food-grade grease in, even under vacuum.
